Where did ya stick the full diagram though? I didn't see it. I have a head light with Hi/Lo beams I think, has 5 wires coming out. I would like to get the wired up, but then I started looking at the wiring, different wires here and there snipped and brokenbut not the TORS, it's removed but the wires are still intack.

First, locate your headlight wiring on your atv. A service manual should have a wiring diagram that will tell you which color is which and where they are located. On many Honda's the green headlight wire is ground, and blue (if I remember right) is high beam. Connect the positive wire on the light bar to the correct hi beam headlight wire and the negative to the ground wire.

I'm attaching a picture that has 2 wiring diagrams side by side. The left side is the 2000 Polaris Sportsman 500 (Early) wiring diagram and the right side is the 2000 Polaris Sportsman 500 (Late). The Late wiring diagram for 2000 is more than likely either the same or extremely close to the 2001.

I recently installed two LED lights on the front of my Grizzly. They each had their own wiring so I just wired them straight to the battery. I was thinking there should be a way to wire them into the fuse box and maybe there is even an open place in the fuse box to add accessories.
